 Get to know Island birds. Visit the Kelleys Island Audubon website. Stop in to one of the monthly potlucks with speakers (3rd Thursday at 6 pm). Be sure to visit the island for Nest with the Birds in May, the Butterfly Festival/Treasure Island day and Feathers and Foliage in September. More links are added daily. A very cool place to look for books is the Ex Libris bookstore (and library!) in Marblehead, just east of the Kelleys Island ferry. Visit The American Civil War Museum of Ohio at Tiffin. www.acwmo.org I support breast cancer research and feel comfortable in recommending this site which provides free mammograms for women with every click. While there, check out the tabs across the top. You can choose to support other organizations too including aminal rescue and the rainforest.
